Our founder, Latanya, grew up learning the value of all-natural ingredients from her grandmother, who would bring back exotic herbs and oils from Jamaica to create beauty remedies. As someone who’s always been allergic to synthetic chemicals in most beauty products, this bond with her grandmother sparked a lifelong commitment to creating products that not only nourish but also care for the body and soul.

With a background in chemistry and a love for marketing, Latanya turned that passion into a business, blending her knowledge to formulate products that are effective, safe, and environmentally conscious. In 2020, we launched our business, and after a complete rebranding in 2023, K and Q Empire was reborn as a brand that celebrates both the beauty of nature and the luxury of self-care.
