Directions for Hair: Apply directly to the scalp and then massage oil throughout your hair. Use twice a week.
Directions for Hot Oil Treatment: Apply directly to the scalp and comb through your hair. Apply a towel or any hair covering to your hair and tie it well. Wait 10-15 minutes then rinse out excess oil from hair using lukewarm water only.
Directions for Body: Apply onto the palm of the hand, rub hands together, then apply to the skin.
